Okay, I keep hearing different things... Does MKSM only revolve around MK2, or does it cover the first three games?

in the released ´movie´ you can see that the game begins after MK1, so it shouldn´t be about the first MK tournament. i read that it is only about mk2, but there should be another characters (kabal, kenshi...)

Cool. Exactly how many characters will be playable? I heard there was six, but in some places i hear about 10. They better have Kitana available as a fighter.

She better be, lol! I'm pretty sure Kitana will be playable because accoding to GI magazine, Kitana will be under a spell and fight you. I think after you break the spell then she will be good, then u can be able to unlock her. - i hope.

In the video that came with the released MKSM demo, it is said that MKSM will be from the end of MK1 to the begginning of MK2. So....my question is now answered!

that's not what the movie said. However, I think I read in GI mag that it would be from MKi's ending to MK3's beginning. But i could have misread. But for the movie, I know what I heard.

I THINK ITS IN BETWEEN MK 1 AND 2 BECAUSE IM PRETTY SURE ITS AFTER 1 BUT HAS TO BE B4 MK2 BECAUSE TSUNG LOOKS LIKE HIS MK1 SELF

i am pretty certain its beggining of mk2 to mk3.coz if it was mk1 then how would noob saibot be in the game

Yeah Sub-Zero the 5th became Noob Saibot, remember?? And He was killed by Scorpion in the Shaolin Tournament (which took place in MK1)

But I dont get it. You see Sub-Zero fight Scorpion in a movie clip AT THE END of MK1, but he died DURING the tournament. Is the Sub-Zero we see the 2nd Sub-Zero? Or did he die AFTER the tournament? I'm confused now, stupid unclear storylines!

It's from the end of MK I to the beginning of MK 3 but I believe it was said that there would be appearances of characters from up to MK 4.
