That's not the point. Raiden was always forgiving with all of his mortals, he never punished them one. So when he sudden;y goes and does something like this, then you know that something is not right with him.

hmm good point but he doesent kill just anyone, he kills the threats of realms and also shujinko wasent trying to gain control thats what raiden thinks because his mind are being negative towards him due to so much evil in the room im not saying that he was cast a magic spell or possesed its the fact that seeing as he worked together with the deadly alliance maybe.... well i dunno but seeing as his power ball thing didnt work on the dragon king he thinks its useless that his death was in vain and the whole cause of it was down to earth realm. too much has happend to earth realm in the past its getting to him that there is no point because its always going to get into wars and that, raiden thinks there is never going to be peace so he gets pissed off.
P.S this DOES make sence im just putting random reasons why raiden is so pissed

You do realize that nowhere in Raden's ending does he mention anything of Shujinko trying to take over the world. He killed Shujinko as punishment for helping Onaga, and ignorance was no excuse.

Gameplay-wise, his powers seem to be the same. I haven't noticed any new amazing and powerful moves from him in Deception.

sorry it took me so long to reply back. subzero thanks for answering my question. shoe thanks for dealing with that loser, but i just saw deception and well sub's right quan did run after raiden. my guess is that he was trying not to die and thought raiden would be strong enough to withstand a blast like that. and that quan and raiden fused in the process
ps: cant's you all beleive my typing is beter than ever and i dont rhyme but i still do it outside anyway
