yea thats true, but in my oppinion his alternate costume dusnt really suit his dark form. The colours dont match and its already been done in deadly alliance

I agree with Saibot theory. I don't really like Raiden's alternate costume. I don't know if he's gone evil or not. But with Shujinko being fooled into reawakening Onaga, that's enough to piss off even a god. Or yeah, maybe he's just bored with the puny kombat skills of us mere mortals. Personally, I kinda like the darker Raiden look.

i think raiden was once bad too becuz in his ending for mk 1 he had thought the earth 2 be useless and destroys it. but that could just be an ending because firsts for old games are usualy with either little or no story then they start to get more so u never know. but they shouldve given raiden another costume becuz all they did was darken the 1s frm DA

I personaly prefer the light Raiden, like from MK:3 and MK:SM...

yeah he was good n i wood like 2 c him come back in mk7 as light again or like w/ lui kang's ghost vs his body in his ending he should have it light raiden vs dark

ok people
1. quen chi did dive the OPPISITE direction
2.the ghost agaist the body wouldent make sense because at the end his body cracks up and becomes two and that "mysterious" force is shuo kahn cause once he died thats when liu kang started killing (which HE DID)
3.raiden is pissed but if hes anything like drunk people hel feel better in the morning(lol  ).
4.perhaps shujinko shoulda asked someone if damashi was an elder god the dum arse     .

You have to remember two things:
1) The majority of character endings are not canon, meaning they are not true to the storyline, and are just there as an interesting aspect to beating the game with that character.
2) The first Mortal Kombat was created very quickly, and it was almost kind of a comedic game to the programmers. They never had the intention of going as far as they have gone, since they had no idea that the franchise would become so popular.

its kombat and actuslly try reading it raiden is fed up with being killed all the dam time and shujinko might of asked bo rai cho f there ever was a damashi god thats what i meant so try reading the forum before making up shit yeah you stupid dick.

if you two are going to start arguing could you at least do us the favour of doing it through PM? That or else make sense of what your both saying, I do have to read over your posts a few times before I understand what your talking about. Now, back to discussion. I agree that Raiden should be angry, but venting that rage on the people helping him wont do him any favours. This "Dark Raiden" phase will pass, just like the way that Liu Kang wont stay a zombie.
