No, the Shadow Priests worked for Shao Kahn. The Brotherhood wasn't even a concept then.

What are druids? gah i'm so stupid. I saw those Priests in a MK:SM screenshot in GI magazine and they referred to them as Druids.

Why would they call them Druids? They don't look like they have control over nature...maybe they didn't think of them as priest at first.

The head of the shadow priests seems to be Shang Tsung their primiary function would probably be the worship of Shao Kahn as they are loyal to him I imagine
Called shadow priests as they're evil.
Use their powers for destrctive and evil purposes and they probably also responsible for maintaining the portals that open in Earthrealm

Oh I get it now. The Shadow Preist keep the portals open for Shao Khan or Shang Tsung it all makes sense...
