Just a thought, but do you think Reptile survived the Dragon King epsiode? In Sindel's ending he's human Reptile again but theres a soul flying over him meaning that he could be dead. And in every other ending, Onaga dies. This might be the end of the legend of Reptile!!!

Well like Ed Boon says no one dies in Mortal Kombat, I think he might be back in the next MK game since Onaga has no control on Reptile's body anymore thanks to Sindel.

You are so rite! Mortal Kombat would be nothing without Reptile. Altough many said that about Liu Kang and he ended up dead for an entire game.

maybe shang or quan chi but then again they are dead [maybe] so i really don't know that yet

I bet it was Ermac all along pupeting him! Think about it. Here are the only characters that COULD do that:
Quan Chi (Beleived to be dead)
Shang Sung (Believed to be dead)
Onaga (Possibly but not likley)
Ermac (Would make some sense)
I think that Ermac pupeted him to use it as a deversion for Kombatants so he could weed out allies from foes without sacrificing anyone in kombat.

That also explains how Kenshi just magically converted Ermac on the good side. Ermac could be acting this whole time!

Why would Ermac control Liu's corpse? Liu's ghost appeared in front of Ermac and asked his help to free Liu's enslaved comrades. Also I cant pinpoint out who the guy was in the background at Liu's ending, the one who merged the zombie and the spirit, resulting Liu Kang's return to the living

Yes, shadowninja is right. Just read the bios  Liu´s body was reanimated and killed many innocents, so his body is evil (why would Ermac want to kill innocents?). Liu Kang´s soul escaped after Raiden´s blast from Shang Tsung´s body and allied with Ermac. So Ermac doesn´t control anybody

The endings are CHARACTER endings, not ENDING ENDINGS. About a quarter of the people kill onaga in there ending.

Yeah the endings are always like that you never know whats going on. Back to the subject, I was thinking. Would you say Reptile is revived by Shao Khan using Onaga's heart? After all, since the Dark Emporer has returned, he may want some of his old militia back and Reptile has always been a favourite of his. I only hope he does return, I still get excited when I hear the commentator say "Reptile" in the fighter select screen from MK2!

One thing about Sindel's ending I don't get....
Why did Reptuile revert back to his human form..... shouldn't have he gone back to being a raptor?
