MKninjasrule: you can use Frost, Sonya, Nitara, Kitana, Drahmin, Ghost Liu Kang, Monster, Shujinko as a kid, Quan Chi, Shang Tsung, Jax, Johnny Cage, and Onaga.
NS5: these characters are incomplete, so they do not have special moves, fatailities, chian combos, or story.
Navi5: I am not sure, ^_^

You get Raidens staff by doing the following:
(1) Complete Nightwolf's Training then talk to both Master Shen and Wen
(2) Defeat Barka at the portal to the nexus in Earthrealm
(3) Collect all Kamidogu and be chased from the Nexus by Onaga
(4) Return to the Shaolin Temple in Earthrealm and perform a 10hit combo on Kung Lao
(5) Go to the Ice Caves in Outworld and speak to Kai
(6) Return to Earthrealm and inform Kung Lao of Kai's location
As for the fighters, what a pity I would have bought the AR if they had special moves...
