was it just me or was kahn probably the most unthreatening person you'd ever met i mean the guy looked out of place i've seen 8 year old girls look more masculine

Aye, he looked like a typical semi buff skin head, with what looked like hamster cheeks. I always imagined Kahn to be alot bigger and wield a warhammer of some sort like on MK 3 is it, bah I don't know can't remember that far back. But yea I wish he was alot more masculine.

i tell u wot i noticed when i watched it earlier the hammer he uses to kill rain he can just about lift yet on mk3 he can cave my head in multiple times without a break wots the deal dammit

I was watching MK:A after I read this discussion..and noticed quite a few things...Even though he had kinda of a cool mask on and the armor was ok...his voice really didn't fit the suit...and no one's ever seen Kahn without his mask off except the movie...and how do people know if he's bald...Ed Boon and his team over saw the production of the first film but I don't know about the second MK movie...When he took off his helmet/mask he didn't look all that scary...and the cgi for his Hydra animality morph wasn't all that great looking...then again neither was Lui Kang's Dragon...they could've made that more like the MK game animality dragon...and the whole family crest tattoo disappearing death trick...that got annoying...and Shinnok looked like a total puss in that movie...and I was really disapointed that they didn't make the effort for Mileena to show her face all the way...basically all in all the movie was kinda crappy...and Kahn is still a puss...but they tried

MK:A was an utter disappointment. There were way too many mistakes and a lot of contradictions storyline wise. The acting was horrible and the character portrayals were pathetic. Shao Khan was the worst. Shao Kahn isn't remotely human looking as his artwork from MK2 had him reptilian-like. Either way, he should have never taken off his mask, plus his portryal was so off. in the movie, Kahn was like Shinnok's little puppet. It was like he was trying to please Shinnok. And wtf with having Shinnok being his father and Raiden's brother?!?!? I never heard that in the games. MK:A was also terrible because they tried to inlcude almost all MK characters and had little introduction for them. It was like a 1 minute cameo for most of the fighters. What's worst is that they left out some favorites characters such as Sektor and Kintaro. I also hated that in dialogue they tried to include Kabal and Stryker. I am glad that they are making a new MK movie and asking us fans to completely forget MK:A.

They should not try to use as many characters this time but I have a (usual) horrible feeling that this film is going to be bad like many other game-to-film movie.

The film let me down so badly....just thinkin of it gets me angry! And heres why
(1) Motaro looked like a cross between an overly hairy man and a donkey
(2) Cyrax worked fro Shao Khan and NOT the Lin Kuei
(3) Rain gets killed without a fight
(4) They tried to make Ermac the new Scorpion, then made a huge cock-up by making Noob Saibot emerge from his body (and die with one punch)
(5) Shao Khan is supposed to be a huge, Reptilian like demon beneath his mask, not a very weak looking baldy sissy (lets face it he looked like a sissy!)
(6) Raiden was WAAY to old! My grandfather is younger than him!
(7) Jade was evil and chineese
( The Raptors were terrible fighters and were more like ballerinas than warriors
(9) the Animalitys. they were terrible in the game what possessed the script writers to include them in the movie!
(10) Sheeva looked very butch and like a bondage queen in her wierd clothing

The only Kahn I liked was Jeff Meek's portrayl in MK conquest though his Raiden was even better
