I have a burning question in my head if any of you can answer it? You've played MK2 when you uppercut someone a certain way a man will pop on screen from the left or right and say "Toasty!!" His name as you all probably know is Dan Forden...He is the sound guy as people call him...I used to play the old games all the time and watch him say Toasty but I was playing MK:D and I perform a certain fatality and the game voice said "Toasty" and I'm wondering if Dan "Toasty" Forden is still with the MK team...I know it may seem like a dumb question but I just want to know for sure.

At least he is in Kredits (MK:Deception), which you can see if you have MK:D

hehe.. i've never noticed that, but dan forden did do some musical scores for MK-D, so i might be him. i'll try to catch that next time i play deception

It started off as alluding to the adage "You're Toast!" they dut it down one day to just someone yelling "Toasty!" Next thing you know, like most jokes, it got stupid and so they said it in a funny, high-pitched voice. It was put in the game an now it's fun to find out where it is in each game.
MK2 - Uppercut / Scorpion Special Toasty Fatality
MK3 - Uppercut
MK 4 - Scorpion's Fatlity
MK:DA - Losing test your Might
MK : D - Using Scorpion as a sorcerer to perform a "Kill" spell on your oponent.
I wonder where it will be in Armageddon.

...I've heard a few 'Frosty!' rumors though haven't witnessed it myself and couldn't tell you for sure...

You have to play as Sub-Zero (MK3/UMK3/MKT) and when your enemy is ´in danger´, freeze him. Dan should pop up and say ´Frosty´!

Nope. But then again, last I checked, Mr. Forden became a freelancer after leaving Midway. And that was before they made Armageddon.
Still, if it pleases you, you can always make gameplay vids of MKA and mix in one or two of Forden's phrases.
