No doubt Shao Kahn is the most evil dude in MK, he's the emperor that started the invasion of other realms like Edenia and Earthrealm. Plus lead his armies to kill off all mortals of earthrealm and Edenia. And also killed off King Jerrod. But there is one mistake that he made, raising Kitana and teaching her to fight. I guess if it werent for him raising Kitana, then Kitana wouldnt be standing right now, in my opinion.
