Noob Saibot 5: For me MK is fantasy world, where live evil sorcerers, princess and her clone, evil emperors.... and ninjas:-) Ok, I don´t mind the 3 cyborgs, but I don´t need another of them.
The evil Lin Kuei created the cyborgs and now the evil Lin Kuei are dead (or where are they?). It should stay how is it now. 
If you need cyborgs, you should hope they´ll bring back Sektor (he is now the only true cyborg), but PLEASE, no more new cyborgs!!!

Well I dont actually have any influence on the games (yet...) but I would like to see Noob converted. I dont think there can be too many of one character, but there are plenty of ninjas and to me there are too few cyborgs. Besides it could be very possible that Noob COULD be a cyborg, in his ending in Deception he rules the Netherealm, comanding an army of Demon Cyborgs. He could have easily been tempted into merging himself into a robot too. And I think a Metalic balck demon cyborg would look the shit.

it would be awesome if the MK7 lineup included a character who was a descendant of the Lin Kuei and was trained under the Shirai Ryu, so he had ice abilities and Shirai Ryu ninja skills. it might not fit into the story line too well, unless he was not killed by Quan Chi like the rest of the Shirai Ryu, but would still be a good new character.
