motaro is dead.thats why he is left out.some great charecters are dead like kintaro or not nesserceraly dead but forgotten.like shinnok for example.i really liked him

If Rain came back, I only ask that he still be a purple ninja with mask. No revealing his face like with Sub-Zero, that was the biggest mistake ever. He looks retarded, except in MK3, he didn't look to bad unmasked in that one.
Back on topic though, I think Rain's bio should go a little something like this:
Having retreated to Outworld after the attempted Earthrealm invasion, Rain's loyalty came under question by Shao Kahn after he'd sent him to spy on the warriors of earth. To prove his loyalty, Rain journeyed to Edenia where he attempted to reveal Jade's rebel forces. He was then beaten and capture by Jade.
While in confinement, Rain was visited by Princess Kitana. Kitana was disappointed that Rain was still working on Shao Kahn's side, but felt that he could be persuaded to fight for the Edenias if she worked on him.
After months of confinement and explination of Rain's history, he convinced Kitana he genuinly wished to break away from Kahn's rule and ready to fight for Edenia once more. It was at this time however that Kahn, who had not actually been killed by the Deadly Alliance, was now back to full strength and sent his vast armies to invade Edenia.
Rain was caught in the middle. Kahn found him and gave Rain the chance to join his forces or die at his hands. Fearing the same fate his father befell, Rain once more joined Kahn's forces, though had alterior motives in mind.

rain is beast and dosnt he controll weater he should be in mk7 in fact every single character should be in 7 on ps3 gta san adreas wouldnt beat it then
