Well Sub Zero is the Master of a clan so he has members which can be females. Scorpion is a nuetral who has no allies...how do you throw a female scorpion in the Mk story insisting that scorpion had an ally the whole time...

Frost's ending - She steals Sub Zero's pendant and it freezes her in a block of ice.
Sub Zero's ending - He carries her back in his arms to the Lin Kuei Temple. Whether she's dead or not remains to be seen.
Sorry for spoiling endings but needed to, to point things out.

Sub-Zero's ending: he carries Frost back to the temple and she's SEVERELY INJURED, not dead.
Frost's ending: she gets the medalion and it freezes her, it doesn't kill, as far as I can understand it.
So, both Frost's and Sub-Zero's endings are coherent, both of them are alive and can easily be included in MK6.
Hell, it's even more: You can link the two endings to get some story like, she steals the medalion from Sub-Zero and gets frozen. He, somehow breaks the ice and rescues her bringing Frost to the temple, seriously injured, but still alive. He's a good guy now, so he must have forgiven her or something like that. Unlike many other endings which are self-excluding, these two are quite compatible and can be used for story background for the next game.

Thats a good point AINTD i never thought about sub zeros ending taking place after frost's as if he saved her but i know think that this is what has happened

Yeah that's what would've happened. Despite Frost's betrayal he must've forgiven her.
As for the Scorpion female version. I personally think it would suck but if you want a storyline for it here goes.
At the end of MKDA Scorpion was thrown into the Soulnado in Shang Tsung's palace and "ripped apart" by the pureness of that realm.
Since Quan Chi is still alive(well i'm not entirely sure as I don't have ALL of the endings yet, i'm a busy person). Anyway if Quan Chi is still alive then Scorpion has unfinished business, yet another reason for his soul to be restored as the undead demon it was.
A rogue warrior from the Lin Kuei could run from the Lin Kuei temple for some reason. Maybe because she didn't agree on the teachings of Sub Zero an disliked Frost being his top student or something.
Anyway this rogue Lin Kuei ninja could end up being tortured by Quan Chi, only to have Scorpion come and make the save(only because he's after Quan Chi and would end up in the right place at the right time). Now with Scorpion freeing this newcomer, Quan Chi would have time to flee Scorpion for later on in the story. With Scorpion being a loner he could leave but since he ended up saving this newcomer, she follows him and ends up helping him to finally destroy Quan Chi.
Well there's my effort anyway...damn Ed Boon should sign me up to the story writing team.
