This I believe is really easy. If we all remember our story, Kano was picked by Shao Khan because Kano knew how to use earth weapons. (Guns nuclear devices etc.) So who is the EarthRealm's answer to the Kano problem? Simply put, who is the good guy's version of Kano? Note: Only consider weapons they have used, not ones they could potentially use.
