this maybe a little late but kintaro is a boss just before you figght shao kahn and kabal is definatlyt in mk:sm but you do not fight him he is at the very top of the first room in the wasteland its hard to see because of camera angles but you have wall jump or run 2 times and then you see a pile of dead bodies going into a secret room and by going through the secrect room kabal is found before he is disfigured and he is in a cage and he has a southern accent for some strange reason
