I know it's very late but I thought that I would give it one more shot if it is possible to still answer.
When Reptile's head eat fatality was performed in the armory during his victory stance, the floor of the armory would shift until it was at the end of the picture. That's a pretty noticeable problem if you ask me.

Man. So many wrong answeres. If I get the answer right, donate the koins to the most deserving member.
He was considered by gamers and critics to be one of the worst characters in the game due to his weak offensive arsenal and lack of combo opportunities. Reptile was strengthened considerably by Midway in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (he did not appear in the original MK3, due to Midway's "ban" on ninja characters in that game).
