You heard me....should we have Noob-Smoke (like they were in Deception but improved on) or should both fighters be seperate like in MK Trilogy? Personally I like them as a team!

I like them as a team, however the disadvantage is that they have no weapons.

I DID like the idea of a team, but Noob Smoke was not the correct way to go about it. I do think however, we will only get to see Noob Saibot in the short hand since John Tobias is no longer around and I'm sure Ed Boon, depending on John's wishes or how rough of a split it was, will not use the Saibot part.
I personally want to see EVERYONE as a seperate fighter. I think you should be allowed to come up with the ability to make teams and perhaps create your own, but no Noob-Smoke. Break them up so we can use them to their full potential.

I agree with Jang Ji. Only i think they did a good job in introducing this style of Kombat with Noob and Smoke.

For some reason....I dont think that any other team of fighters would be as cool as Noob-Smoke was....they just wouldnt compare

Noob-Smoke just fits perfectly, both are deadly assassins, their the deadliest team, also they can switch anytime in battle, and.......*scratches head* One passes by during the fight, which is......weird. And the darkness is their turf.

True, it would be good if they were both seperate, but think about it. Would you be able to look at the two of them on their own after they have worked as a team? Its like expecting the Fantastic Four to go solo! They are the only team EVER in mk history (other than endurance matches) and besides....being with each other gives them more depth. Smoke looks more menacing with Noob, plus he has a friend after all the cruelty he was put through by the Lin Kuei, whilst Noob has more of a darker personality about him and a better storyline. I think Noob-Smoke is a good idea, plus if they were a team again, it would make room for one more fighter!

I think Noob Saibot already has a weapon....Smoke. Since he programmed him to obey Noob's commands, but that's just me saying it. And the story said that Smoke is Noob's template or something...

Well they could easily have a weapon and two fight styles! Its a little complicated but just hear me out on this one:
Scenario:
Ok, so you pick Noob-Smoke in a round against Li Mei (cuz she is a bitch) and like in Deception, Noob goes first. Press the fight style change button, and Smoke comes out. Press it again, and Noob coms back out but he's holding a weapon (a scythe for him). Smoke wouldnt be left out as he would have more special attacks to make up for it. Then, you could proceed to kick Li Mei's ass with Noob-Smoke's Scythe combos!

I think Noob just did. Anyways back to the topic. I doubt they would make them a tag team again in the next MK game, I mean you never know they might be separated now. And also Ed Boon and co. might make a story that Smoke got away from Noob Saibot's grasp and now Smoke wishes to redeem himself after slaying Sub-Zero even though he didnt want to....

I dont know how it happened, I think it was the evilness of the Netherealm that corrupted his soul and his body adapted to it. It was an ending by either tobias or vogal, I aint sure.
