Hey guys.....I've seen in some forums that there are alternate costumes for the MK:SM characters....does anyone know how to get them?...if they exist at all

most characters are just a simple clothes change from red 2 blue etc.
Liu kang and johnny cage are just swapped colours, sub zero is noob saibot, scorpion is a bit darker yellow, kitana is mileena, baraka is different colour and reptile is human reptile, kung lao is just colour change

Why does everyone keep calling the alternate Reptile, Human Reptile?... Just cause he's brown?...  ..whatever, but alternate Sub iz Noob but with Sub's arms.....The only way to do it is in Vs. mode when both people pick the same person.

No the alternate is another form or costume that the chracters have. For Example Reptile (lizard and ninja reptile.)

everyone calls alternate reptile human reptile because it is reptiles human costume in mkII. You do not unlock the costumes, you just unlock the extra charaters and the costum comes with them
