Well, Reptile and Kitana became bitter enemies when Khan sent Reptile to kill Kitana, you can see that the two still hate each other in Deadly Alliance as Reptile vents out his rage on her during Konquest.
In Deception, both Mileena and Baraka turn on each other, which inevitably creates a rivalry between the two.

But didnt Baraka kill Mileena in his ending in Deception? and Reptile killed Kitana in his ending in Trilogy, I know thats not cannon and endings cant be taken seriously but it shows that others will do their best to kill them.

But again, they're just "what-ifs". It doesn't happen. And the MK team would never kill off any of these people.

Kitana = Reptile, Mileena
Mileena = Kitana, Baraka
Jade = Tanya
Sonya = Kano
Sheeva = Motaro
Tanya = Jade, Sindel
Sindel = Tanya
