I also wanna add Kung Lao's Friendly Rabbit fatality from MKSM, were he takes out a rabbit from his razor hat and shows it to the opponent, and the opponent like waves at it which was funny actually, then Kung Lao beats the leaving hell out of the opponent with a rabbit continuously until the opponent is dismembered lol. Also Scorpion's spear slice from MKSM too and his brutality were he head butts his enemy and 2 or 3 times then beheads his opponent with his spear.

I think Bo' Rai Cho's fatality in Deadly Alliance is actually quite gruesome, too... the flying fat man one.

Well, Mileena's fatality from Deception is probably the freakiest, and most vicious...definitely worthy of mention....Scorpion's Hell Fire fatality is my personal favorite, I also like Cyrax's compactor, Stryker's tazer blast, Kabal's Hell Face, and Shao Kahn's hammer fatalities from Trilogy and Deception (Game Cube Version), to name a few.

I also have to agree that some of the best fatalities were from MK1 but my fav still has to be KUNG LAO'S full body slice
