|
| |
It's just an assumption, but in all the storylines of MK: DA, neither Moloch or Drahmin were said to have been killed.
And where did they go after tossing Scorpion into the soulnado?
Back into the lair?
It would probably be a safe bet that they either survived Riden's blast by either being underground in the lair or by simply not being there at the palace anymore.
They left a lot of loop-holes open for these two to come back.
I do hope Moloch will be a playable character, not for one hit wonders, but some bare, Oni style, some "claw" style, then, of course, Iron ball for weapon.
Heh, and since Oni crave the flesh of mortals, how cool would it be to munch on a beaten foe for a fatality?
Sorry if this is... really out of place.
I wanted to express my eagerness for the upcoming title and, considering Ed said the thing about "the largest roster in a MK game up to date", I do have my personal hopes. _________________ Highest Kreate-A-Fatality string: 11, with both normal fighters and giant class fighters. Ultimate Fatality!

Moloch being a playable character, now he would kick the Kombatants' asses with his massive body and his strength. _________________

Drahmin = Oke
Moloch = No!
Keep Drahmin and leave Moloch out, I didn't like Moloch at all, he was so slow and so sucky

I ain't talking about the 4 moves Moloch as a playable. Remember Goro in the first game? Like... well, 4 different moves and super cheap. Then, in the GC deception, he had a full moveset and wasn't cheap as he was simply another fighter.
I'm talking about giving Moloch the same treatment as Goro, making his moves manageable and eliminating the cheap junk.
Think THAT over. _________________ Highest Kreate-A-Fatality string: 11, with both normal fighters and giant class fighters. Ultimate Fatality!

Oh you mean Moloch like a regular kombatant guess that's a good idea as long as he isnt like the one in MKDA. _________________

I still don't think I'd want to have him as a regular kombatant either.
I just don't really like him...
He'd prolly be too slow and have crappy special attacks.
I don't know I just hope they stay away from making him a playable character. _________________

Well, I know all about simply not liking a character, reguardless of their play style, Hsu-Hao, Mavado, and Tanya are characters I simply cannot stand, yet I would not mind seeing them compiled into this game, simply because I know many people would like playing with them.
And Moloch didn't have very bad special techniques in DA, much to my dismay. A crazy charge that hurts, but if blocked leaves him open.
A heavy ground smash. Easly avoided, but hurts if you're on the ground or get right in front of him and get hit by both the ball and the impact.
Then, the deadly "deep breath" attack where he sucks you in and you collide hard into his body.
And think of it this way, if you don't like him and he's a regular combatant, you can perform fatalities and stage fatalities on him . _________________ Highest Kreate-A-Fatality string: 11, with both normal fighters and giant class fighters. Ultimate Fatality!

lol My luck they would make him unkillable by fatalities.
Well I've never played the Gamecube version of MK Deception.
Can Goro be killed with a fatality in that game? _________________

Actually, yes, Goro AND Shao Khan can be killed by fatalities and deathtraps (Onaga can be killed by all of the DTs as well, just not the one in the throne room, but you need a cheat device to use him).
It was a little off-center, but scorpion holding Goro's head and spine over his head kinda helps prove it .
But I essentually want the same treatment done to Moloch.
Heck, if this is a "MK: Trilogy 2", chances are that they will probably include everyone being voulnerable, plus, we don't know what suprises Ed has for us. He DID mention that there is going to be something major in the next game that he was bursting to reveal, but we won't know until early 2006. _________________ Highest Kreate-A-Fatality string: 11, with both normal fighters and giant class fighters. Well, so far, there is no legitimate way to play as Onaga. You can only use him via a cheat device.
A cheat device is usually a... well... a devce that you connect to your game system. By imputting all sorts of computer lingo, you can actually dive into the actual limits of the game, and do such things as infinate life, different music, and character modifier codes.
Using one such code with the correct device, will make it so that no matter who you choose, when you go to arcade, vs (including online), and puzzle, you'll play as onaga.
Three of the most popular cheat devices are Gameshark, Action Replay, and Codebreaker.
Personally, I don't use those sort of things to advance in a game. I use them so I can fart around with those things that you can't do normally.
Like... Say... Play as Onaga in Deception or play a Moloch in DA.
But please don't ask me for personal experience playing as them, because I don't have a device for PS2, but a buddy of mine will eventually send me a device for my GC, so I can say how Onaga plays eventually.
I'm gonna have to go and get me something for my PS2 so I can play as Moloch... _________________ Highest Kreate-A-Fatality string: 11, with both normal fighters and giant class fighters. Ultimate Fatality!
