I read Gamefaqs, and its too vague for me. I do not know what to do. So can someone please give me a FULLY DETAILED explanation to how I can unlock this guy? I would really appreciated.

The description is actually very accurate in game FAQ. But I understand the frustration as I had trouble figuring it out too. The brothers of the shadow are those really annoying dudes that come up out of the ground in the first living forest area. You jump to that ledge after that and the door you go through leads you to the area with the waterfall that is mentioned. You can go around it or jump over the gap. Go through the door to the next area. The piller that is mentioned is at the far right of the area shortly after you enter it. It doesn't really look like a piller at all. It looks more like a very tall rectangular rock. Walk more over to the left to get to the stone statues. Get close enough to them and two of them will come alive. To break their shields you have to hit them with a power strike from the FRONT. Sometimes it takes a couple of hits, but it does work. After this lure them over into the water. It's better to do this with a full health bar cause those annoying snake things that come out of the water will hit you many times. It took me a couple of attempts to get throw them in the right spot, but one of them must hit the piller thing. You'll know when you do it caust the piller will break. After that, go back to the previous area where that waterfall was in that gap. The water will no longer be flowing and the red Yin Yang will be in a revealed cave. If you have any specific questions if you have further troubles, ask. I'll answer them the best I can.

Now I see where you're confused. I did the same thing. The piller is in the area PAST the waterfall. When your in the area with the waterfall, go through the door to the next area. Then follow my instructions in that area, then come back through the door to the area with the waterfall. Don't feel bad, I did the exact same thing you did.

I still cant find the pilar. Is it by the second water leading up to Reptile's lair?

OK Jay, heres a step by step way to geting Reptile!
(1) jump over the thorns where the brotherhood of shadow are and proceed into the next area.
(2) this area has the waterfall where you find Reptile, but you can only get to him by stopping the flow of the water. Long jump over the gap to the left of you. You will reach a living tree and some corpse enemies. Proceed into the next area
(3) a small stream should be ahead of you, where a snake rises from the water to the right. If you look to the right you should see a large, withered pillar near the snake.
(4) Grab a clay soldier and hurl it into the pillar. The pillar should fall down.
(5) head back to the area where the first waterfall was. The water wont be flowing anymore and you will see Reptile's VS koin. Simply pick it up and the green ninja is unlocked!
