Can she be playable? I have looked on the Midway forums and some guys claimed to have unlocked Sonya. They have failed to show proof however, but the method of unlocking her is interesting. According to them, you have to carry a weapon from Wu Shi academy into the Portal and press the A button (xbox) repeatedly all over the place until a portal opens up where you get Sonya. I don't really believe this, but if some people there claim to have gotten her, then some of you guys might.

I smell BS....I don't think Sonya is an SU.....I think that if they show some screenshots maybe....although it could be the trick for XBox where you can play as any character....I don't know...I'm not buying it...

I am gonna try. I never seen Sonya in action at all in MKSM, so i doubt she has moves and a Fatality, but then again she could be the secret.

meh i thought it was good
anyways back on topic, Sonya as a character is cool i though that diagonal bicyle kick she had was very cheap  in UMK3 she hammered me with it. hate her for it, but once mk4G came out. i found myself usin her

She barely had any story at all.........all she did was get her ass kicked by Baraka, and get kidnapped.
Unless there's more to her story that we didn't see.
