Well I dont mind if he come's back as long as he has a new and cool look, and also a storyline that involves the MK storyline, not the ones like Hotaru or Dairou's storylines which sucks like hell.

They should bring back stryker but they should not let him use his gun as excessivly as Jax did MK DA.

His soul was one of those protected like Nightwolf's and Kabal's. What was supposed to make him special is that he didn't have 'special' powers. He just was supposed to rely on his smarts to have survived. I'd like to have him back. Maybe lessen his weaponry and add a lot more/fluid martial arts. I'd probably make his 'specials' more like an ability to speed up or do more damage temporarily.

ok fair enough but i would like to have him have more of a story line in the MK Games and also have him maybe join the good guys in the special forces becasue he seems like the type

I think that his fighting styles would probibly be Wrestling, something else, and Riot Klub for his weapon. And I want them to just plain get rid of his gun, but keep his double and single bombs, keep the Riot Klub Throw, keep the riot klub sweep. As for looks, give him a gangster cop look, and his old MK3 outfit for an alternate. Storyline wise, in MKD he wanted to join the Seidan Gaurds, but I don't think that'll happen. He'll probibly join the Special Forces, with Jax, Cyrax, Kenshi, Sonya, and the others.
