IMO: Well First off, There is no MK7!!! If you were refering to Shaolin Monks, then you should know that MKSM is a MK2 RPG remake.
Secondly, I guess if you never ever seen any of the extra -alities, then i will tell you that you can see them in the fatality section of this site.

Babalities has my vote.
...C'mon! You can't beat seeing everyone turned into a tiny infant! It's priceless!  But "babe-ality" should be the female characters doing...A certain dance for a certain audience...

There was rumor for a while that Sonya had a "Nudality", but we were never able to find it.
