When u are in the soul tombs and after u and Kung Lao get beaten by Shang Tsung it says destroy the soul tombs,i stopped the green light in the room i was in but what do i do after that?

I have done that and when i go through the other rooms i find myself looking for the sword that has dropped in the "room full of bodies" but i cant find that room.And also i keep winning the test your might thing and none of the doors open with the guards behind them? Any help would be appreciated.Cheers
