i know what ur thinkin that i only say this becuase he has those hook swords!
but thyre are more connections!
1.hook swords
2.red dragon is the blackdragons rival!
3.he looks kinda like kabal wit out his mask! (with out those vent things on his cheeks!)
4.kabal once was in da blackdragon maybe he started his own?
im just guessin that it could be kabal wit a diffrent look!

No no NO!!!!Mavado is himself.Kabal can't live without the mask and respirators.He's been scarred viciously.Mavado's face is intact.In the pics of mk special forces(orginal version with Sonya),Kabal was seen unmasked.His face was the same as in mk3,but without the mask and scars.
Let Mavado be himself,please.If they wanted to bring back Kabal they'll just put him in the game.Maybe he'll be mentionned like Sheeva.
BTW,Jax is Stryker.Its just so obvious.They both have guns.

Let's not forget Li Mei might be Mileena,Sindel or even Liu Kang.Yes Liu Kang!He probably got sick of being a guy,so when he died,he was brought back as a girl.There's no way Li Mei can be herself.
