thats pretty damn sick actually, ok heres my question im sure youve seen Mezzo Forte (seen parts and are ehem interesting to say the least) then theres Mezzo which is pretty clean compared to the latter. My question is why the drastic change? TV spots or something?

You must be a pre-teen. Its not sick at all. Chibi, there's nothing wrong with it whatsoever. 
And I think because the Mezzo anime was made for TV while the OVA's were made on DVD for adults. I don't know why they choose to do that. I just know "special time" is the funniest damn thing ever (from Mazzo Forte OVA part 2).

hhahaha obviously you dont know slang very well hahah. i didnt mean sick as in gross i meant sick as cool, just like when someone says somethings bad they usually are using the sayin to refer to that certain thing as cool or awesome. not awful or horrible

I've never seen any Mezzo Forte. it sounds more like an "ecchi" anime to me, like Love Hina. nothing graphic, just sexual innuendo.
I prefer something a little more, like Bible Black or even older school, like Lady Blue.

Bible Black is what I refer to as the "golden standard" of hentai. the story is good, the animation is good, and if you watch the sub, the voice acting is good.

But the one I watched isnt what I expected, coz im trying to find the other episode were this blonde teacher leads this cult and has a.....well.... you know.... and were she gets to.....nah dont wanna say it here, TMK might boot my ass off if I told you. Well you know what I mean. ^^;;

that's pretty much the gist of Bible Black. if you want something a little less, well, androgynous, then try Moonlight Lady or Beat Angel Escalayer. both are well-animated series.
