What did you guys think of Subzero's icy hands? I thought it was a cool touch. (No pun intended).
I like to think of it as a side effect of him "powering up" his freezing ability. In other words, his hands aren't like that all the time. Only when he's got his power revved up.

I think that Sub-Zero always had forzen arms. The reson why it didn't show before MKDA is becasue they couldn't make the detail. _________________ Very Angry Girls Instigate Negative Attitudes.

I disagree. In MK4 or MKG they easily could have done that. MKIII all they had to do was have the actor wear blue-like gloves and then touch up the sprite later.
I think it was a result of his power achieved through the Dragon Medallion. It would be pretty funny if eventually he just turned to a block of ice and accidentally fatalitied himself. _________________

Well obviosuly they reconned that so that Sub0Zero had those frozen arms all along.
If he had them in MKSM, then he was "meant" to have them in MK2. Like for example, Reptile looked human from MK1-MK3, but we now know that he was "meant" to look reptillian all along. _________________ Very Angry Girls Instigate Negative Attitudes.

I didn't play MK4 or MKDA, so if you guys say he had them then, I'll believe you.

i think its a side effect of reaching a surtain level of power, kind of like smoke is doomed to always having smoke coming out of him amd some or all of his body is now smoke, maybe a klan thing when you master a poiwer?

Omg, have you read why it has nothing to do with the medallion?
Sub-Zero had the medallion around MKDA, not around MK2. If the medallion DID have an effect on his arms, then he would NOT have frozen arms in MKSM. _________________ Very Angry Girls Instigate Negative Attitudes.

Who cares about why Sub's arms are frozen, I just think his arms are awesome.
