If you die on the continue page it say "have you seen the bunny " and "Can you find Mustapha " anybody know where these are ??

The "bunny" is used in two of Kung Lao's fatalities.
It's funny becasue it's an actual bunny.

Well, my obvious guess. Is that it has something to do with Lion because Mustapha or something was the name of Simba's father in The Lion King. Of course that's Muphasa, but I'm sure I heard Mustapha somewhere before...
Otherwise if you rearrange you don't get much:
ahpatsum Phatasum (phantasm: Spirit Spectre Scorpion?) Um a Staph (infection) lol
Not much for rearranging the letters.
