Heck I dunno any other messages since I dont GO all the time, but anyhow I did see one message about Sonya being freed, or 'Why is Kenshi blind?' and stuff. *shrugs*

I think you mean messages. But a good massage after you die every time by Kitana would be awesome. 
But yeah, I thought the G.O. messages were awesome. They made me want to die so I could find more secrets.

One thing that kinda makes me wonder about secrets is the fact taht when you enter the Portals for the frist time, Raiden (Shang Tsung) tells the monks that they "might" encountere a confused, but a ready-to-fight Sonya. Anyone else pick up on this?

Yeah but that is just one line. I'm not saying there's 0% chance that you could fight her but I highly doubt it. There's no G.O. messages regarding this either I don't think...
There's also one where it says some name backwards then "1,000,000 EXP" or something as I recall but I have no idea what it meant.

Well, Some of those messages might just be red herrings you know. And they might be references to the old MK games. 1,000,000 Points you recieved for beating Reptile in MK1. Sonya was trapped in MKII, etc.

Well one thing that gets my attention big time is the message "Did you feed ALL the trees?".
There is a fourth living tree in Smoke's area, and I can;t get anything over there to feed it.
