I doubt it. I thought each person would only have two special attacks this time? Like for Scorpion he'd have that dumb "Raise the fire from the ground" and his spear move. I think sub will have freeze and maybe that ground blast... Actually, now that I think about it, I think I'd prefer ice clone over ground blast, but what about that sliding move??
Like he said, who knows?

I like the ice clone,but i want him to do something new with his ice powers.He should have moves from MKM Sub-Zero,like the air ice blast and upward ice blast.He could use an ice grenade,similar to Stryker's grenades but freeze the opponent.The opponent get hurt and frozen once hit.

Because Boon said so himself. It would take up too much time (remember MKT for the PS and morphing with Shang Tsung? That was a nightmare).
So, he won't be morphing this time around.
