Warrior: Jade
Alignment: Good
Allies: Kitana, Jade, Sindel, Kung Lao, Scorpion
Enemies: Shao Kahn, Tanya, Mileena
Bio: The Edenian stealth assassin known as Jade, headed to Outworld on a solo mission, to confirm the rumors about Tanya leading a band of Netherrealm Onis and Edenian syndicates that plan on. But after being detected by the stronge senses of Onis, Jade was ambushed and knocked out. Tanya was about to get even to Jade after what she did to her 2 years ago. With that Tanya's band of Netherrealm Onis MADE their way with the unconscious Jade.
Bio (Words of Jade): I awoke up seeing I was alone inside Tanya's hideout, somehow I felt something inside me moving around. What had they done to me?! And now I realized it, Tanya's men and Onis have....violated my body, they have tainted me with their filth. I heard that if an Oni has infested the host with their seed, in about 48 hours the demon within the host will emerge resulting the death of the host, which is me. I had no time, I made haste in searching for Tanya which no doubt she had the cure........
Ending: Jade's heart was filled with bloodlust after what Tanya's Onis have done to her, she walked down to her hideout killing every Oni and Edenian mercenaries that fought for Tanya's cause. Jade now facing her archnemesis Tanya, as Jade was about to begin her assault on Tanya, Jade felt that the demon child was about to come out of her. Tanya stood in front of the fallen Jade having pleasure in watching her suffer. As Tanya was about to leave, with one last strength Jade quickly threw her razor boomerang at Tanya. Unfortunately the boomerang cut off Tanya's arm dropping the vial of antidote which was the key in killing the demon spawn within Jade's body. Tanya escaped wounded, as for Jade she knew she would die. Suddenly Scorpion appeared as he walked towards the suffering Jade. He plunged his hand through Jade's body and magically grabbed the demonspawn within Jade. Jade felt no pain, as she watched the spectre hold out the demon that was within Jade. Without remorse he killed it, Scorpion then looked at Jade one last time before vanishing into the darkness. Jade was safe, but wonders why he had save her, but after these events, she owed her life to the spectre ninja.......
Kinda got the idea of this from Silent HIll 3, and as for the others. I just made it up. Its not perfect, but this is what comes into my mind.

Scorpion:
Bio:
The Elder Gods had failed to transform Scorpion into their tool of mass destruction. Instead the Elder Gods had created a Scorpion they could not control. Scorpion had consumed a much more useful weapon from one of the elder gods. He was able to wield fire in every shape and form. The God Raiden was even no match for Scorpion. Scorpion went from realm to realm causing an inferno heat that inflamed great masses of land. He had destroyed everyones living quarters. He knew along with great power came responsibility.
Ending:
Scorpion had created many enemies and knew they would reveal themselves soon. With that in mind, Scorpion planned that his last stand would be held in the Neitherealm. He had known the lands of the
Neitherealm for centuries and thought it would be the best course of action. This would be his downfall, he was bombarded by Ermac and Sub Zero. At that time Scorpion realized he had no allies and had no way in winning. As Ermac cutted off the area to the portal with boulders. Sub zero was freezing the surroundings. Scorpion pleded in his mind that he was not goin to hara kiri himself honorably. He was goin down fightin, taking them with him. Scorpion raised his hands up and brought the whole neitherealm to the temperature of super nova, killing ermac and subzero along with him.

I've got one for Kintaro, though I can't be sure what to say as I'm fairly confused as to if Kintaro was actually killed or just defeated. This would be if he was just defeated.
Character: Kintaro
Allignment: Neutral
Allies: Sheeva
Foes: Shao Khan, Quan Chi, Shang Tsung, Onaga, Goro
Bio1: 3rd person: Several years ago, Kintaro took the place of Goro as the general of the Shokan armies when the news of the Shokan prince's apparent death spread through the kingdom. Kintaro was second in command only to Goro himself, and with Goro's death, it was only natural for the chain of command to to fall into Kintaro's lap. He took this duity with great pride and honor and vowed to seek revenge on those who killed the prince. However, before Kintaro could truely fight the earthrelm opponents, the ressurection of Shao Khan's dead wife interrupted the tourniment, and with the coming invasion to earthrelm Khan enlisted a centaur into his ranks. It was at this point that Kintaro knew that Khan was simply using the Shokan for his own selfish gain. This brought dishonor to the Shokan and Kintaro vowed to restore it at any cost... Even if it took a lifetime's planning to do so.
Bio2: 1st person: As time passed, the safety of the Shokan race was consistantly thrown into jepordy due to the actions of the false emporer, Shao Khan. I could not leave to persue this fiend and my duties are to the Shokan first, however, Sheeva was able to perform the task of seeking out this abomination. Through the Sheeva, I learned of the apparent death of the Earthrelm warrior, Liu Kang, the one who was said to have killed prince Goro. This brought only a small feeling of honor to my being, but at the same time, a sense of dread, as Liu Kang was the one who continually prevented Shao Khan from his greedy conquest. It was only a short time later that I learned of Shao Khan's death at the hands of the same two sorcerers, Quan chi and Shang Tsung. This news was also filled with an underlying dread, as the two sorcerers began to ressurect the mummified soldiers of the dragon king and use them for their own conquest. And even soon after that, we heard of the resurgence of Onaga himself and his plan to merge all the relms into one. This had escallated into a full blown war against a single being. Then, shocking news: Goro was in fact alive, but was serving the thought dead former emporer, Shao Khan. I could no longer stay with my people. Sheeva and myself made our way to the battlefield. We have to save our people. We must stop these fiends from destroying everything. I will see Shao Khan dead... and Goro as well if it means the safety of my people.
Okay, yeah, I know, I COMPLETELY skipped MK4 and the death of Sheeva, but hell, Kintaro didn't know about that, so there! :p Seriously though, I just kinda forgot about it all that underline plot... *pouts knowing he was a bad boy*
Ending: Kintaro's voice narrating: As Sheeva and myself confronted Shao Khan and Goro, I asked a question to the Shokan prince. "Why have you sided with one who has used us so fiercly?" Goro replied that by serving Shao Khan, he would ensure that the Shokan would prosper and the centaurs would be banished. However, I knew this was a ploy by Khan to simply continue his power struggle with the relms. I tried to convince Goro of this, but he wouldn't listen. In the maddening battle that ensued, Sheeva had wounded Khan, but had payed the price with her life. It was up to me to ensure the safety of the Shokan. With fighting who's ferocity could only be met by two Shokan's, Goro and I tore at eachother with our bare hands. I was fortunate, when Goro was ready to deliver the deathblow, the terrain he was on shifted, knocking him off balance. I took this opportunity to issue a counter attack with what little strength I had, crippling the former prince. As I looked into his eyes, I could see the life slowly fading from them. Before I could utter a single word, Goro dropped to the dust pf the ground. But all was not over. Khan was still alive, imobile, but alive. Although exausted, seeing this fiend in such a pitiful state gave me strength. I firmly ripped his accursed head from his body, placing it on a pike in the middle of the battlefield. My duity to the Shokan had been done. As I returned to inform the kingdom of what transpired I thought about the other threats to the Shokan. I only hoped that the earthrelm warriors could do what needed to be done to keep the relms safe.
WOOT! Sorry, this is, like, so impossible to actually have in the game, but I enjoyed typing it. I hope all of you enjoy it as well.

Character: Sub-Zero
Alignment: Good
Allies: Scorpion, Raiden, Liu Kang, Kenshi, Lin Kuei Clan
Foes: Noob-Smoke
Bio: After escaping the hordes of Tarkatans, Sub-Zero returned to his clan on Earthrealm. He was ambushed by what he thought was Smoke. After defeating him, he realized that it was a cyborg clone of the real Smoke, sent specifically to kill him by his elder brother, Noob Saibot. It was then that Sub-Zero decided it was time to try and save his brother from the demon he had become.
Bio 2 (From Sub-zero): I had much difficulty entering the Netherrealm, as I only have the taint of the blood of my enemies to allow me to enter. After days of searching, I came across an old ally, Scorpion. He guided me to my brother's hideout, but I did not want him to help me, as this is a personal mission to free him from the demon that has overtaken him. As I approached, he forced Smoke to fight me, but I could not kill him. I short circuited him, with the hopes that I can restore him after this ends. Noob did not recognize me, as being in the Netherealm for so long has taken away his good memories. Neither of us could get the upper hand, and after a long and gruesome battle, I was ready to give up. It was then, that Noob stopped fighting me, and spotted Scorpion behind me. He began to fight Scorpion, and it was through this that he started to remember who he once was. Though Scorpion wanted to finish him off, he knew my mission and did not. After Scorpion ceased his attacks, Noob turned to speak to me. He told me how I was not worthy of being a Lin Kuei member, let alone a Grandmaster, and that I had ruined the clan by being weak-hearted. It was then that I realized this demon was my brother's true soul, and he would never change from it. Knowing this, I hit him with one strong blow, froze him, and ripped his head from his body. I now know, and can lay it to rest. With the help of the Outerworld Investigation Agency {(including Cyrax), we restored Smoke to his former self, and we are once again reunited.

Bio: The Forgotten Warrior Slata had been inslaved by Shang Tsung for years, he was locked in a dungeon in a Outworld. Never to be released, Shang Tsung had locked him their for safe keeping. But with the demise of Shang Tsung had brought no hope for neone finding him.
The demonic being named Ashrah who had been searchin for decades for her lost blade came upon this dungeon. Ashrah foolishly asked, Slata if he knew where her blade was. For he had no idea, but agreed. Slata slayed Ashrah once released. And was finally free from his imprisonment.
Ending: After the Dragon King had been slayed by the mercenary Dairou. The warrior Slata looked upon the severed head of Onaga and grasped it in his palms. He then defeated Dairou and his kombatants. And took the glory of bein a hero for his own.

Bio One: [Mileena's POV] "It's funny how one's life passes one by when they feel like they are about to die, isn't it? I had fufilled my destiny, replacing my sister as the princess of Edenia, but at a great personal loss, my lover, Baraka, turned against me when he realised that I was a potential threat, and he wanted to fight to the death. Sai versus Blade, Clone versus Nomad, the glistening of steel followed by the splattering of scarlet, but priorities... thats where Baraka fails."
Bio Two: [Mileenas POV] "In declaring war on me, he lost the little control he had left over our hordes, he is alone now. His fighting cost hjim his dignity, and his friends. But rumour has it, that he wants to claim the throne of Outworld, but we shant let him! Edenia will conquer Outworld this time. And Shao Kahn will be powerless. Kitana will realise that we have the same blood, we are the same person, with the same dreams. She will accept me, or she will kill me. But my lover will not succeed, because my sister will protect me... I hope."
Alignment: Neutral
Realm of Origin: Outworld/Edenia (enigmatic, as Mileena is mostly edenian yet partlyhas outworld blood)
Allies: Bo 'Rai Cho, Tarkatan Horde, Edenian Citizens, Possibly Kitana Sindel and Jade.
Enemies: Baraka, Shao Kahn, Onaga, Liu Kang, Tanya, Possibly Kitana Sindel and Jade.
Ending:
[Baraka POV] My once Lover threatened my control once again. She strode into Kahn's throne room, bringing with her Edenian warriors and guards, Bo 'Rai Cho was hovering at the back. She declared Outworld invaded and defeated by the realm of Edenia. She was still portraying her 'sister' but not for long!
[Mileena POV] I stared at the mutant that I had once adored, he had betrayed me many times but the last was the worst, and I declared Mortal Kombat! We got into our stances, I easily pulled off avoiding Barka's projectiles, and retaliated with a roll, but that was just what he wanted!
[Baraka POV] I grabbed the 'princess' and spun so we were facing her horde, I moved my hand to her veil and heard her squeals of protest. Smirking, I pulled off the flimsy material and revealed her true identity.
[Mileena POV] How could he? After all my work? I fell to the floor, too ashamed to look at the group of fighters that I had brought with me. But I heard the spinning of something, and Baraka's strangled sounds and a grin spread across my mutated face, I glanced up to see a Steel fan lodged in Baraka's jugular and windpipe, and only one kombatant uses weapons like that!
[Kitana POV] I was pleased to hear that Mileena had replaced me during my absence, Edenia needed someone to protect it while the Royals and their guard were out of commission, but word reached me of Mileena's heartbreak, and so I followed. Baraka unveiling of Mileena was cruel and despicable, and I pride myself on avenging my true sister. We will rule Edenia together, with my mother, and my friend, and my sister by my side.
[Shujinko POV] And so, Edenia overthrew Outworld, a retaliation for the 10000 years of slavery that they were forced to induce, but in liberating, they freed the dozens of realm that between them, Kahn and Onaga had controlled. Nitara's realm was eternally grateful, and the sisters courteously offered entry into their realm, for their sun was not toxic to Vampyrs. And at Mileena's request, Reptile was captured and forced into Edenia, along with his counterpart Khameleon, and a fertility charm was placed upon them both begrudgingly by the Queen. Long Live Edenia!

Bio 1: "Upon Shao Khan's invasion of Earth, I began to hunt for the last known member of my race. I fought with Reptile, trying to get him to see sense in what I was saying, but his loyalty to Shao Khan would not waver. Upon the Emporer's defeat, the portals opened and those from other realms were teleported back to their home soil. I awoke to find myself in Zaterra, only to discover that there was others of my race. They were rejoicing, their king had returned. I must return to Outworld and discover the truth of my origins, I must converse with my king, my husband....Onaga"
Bio 2: "Shao Khan was responsible for the murder of my husband, and afterwards he nearly destroyed all known Zaterrans. I have traveled to Outworld to locate Reptile and inform him of my findings. By the time I reached Outworld however, Onaga had been slain. However, since Reptile had been the vessel for Onaga's body, he therefore had royal blood in him, and rule over the realm of Zaterra. I must locate him imediately if I am to save my race from Shao Khan's tyranny"
Ending (in the words of shujinko):
"Khameleon's reptilian senses made it easy for her to locate the warrior Reptile in Outworld. Once she had found him, she told him of everything she knew about their home realm and their race. She managed to convince Reptile to help her, and the two returned home to Zaterra. As King and Queen of the realm, they ordered the Raptor's to march into Outworld and fight. Their race anihilated Khan's troops, and the two slaughtered the weakened Emporer in the aftermath of the battle. With the realms safe again, they will now rebuild their realm together"
