The MK Fan Art section?
I have a lot of fakes in the past 3 years that I want to put up. So whats the reason as to why regular members can't post a topic in that section?

Because you post your art in the photo album, the fan art forum is closed and is for archive.

What I do that... I also get an error stating that you do not allow me to make a personal gallery. If that isn't it... where do I do the photo thing?

Personal Galleries are not allowed, we have 1 gallery where all fan art goes, just click the banner and add to it there.
