I thinks its VERY possible that MK7 will be an MKT2. Here is why.
Endings: Sindels endng kills the dragon king, and brings back human reptile. Now, this oviously going to happen (Sindel killing Onaga) but this hints that it is possible for the return of a classic MK Character.
Konquest: This is the meat of my theory. For easy looking, I will set up individual character reasons.
Stryker: Ah yes the cop. My favourite character too. Anyways, In the realm of Seido, you will find Stryker, hoping to get a job with the Seidan Guardsmen. Story possibilitys? Endless.
Dhramin and Moloch: they're still alive, tourching humans in the Netherrealm.
Clans: Many of the MK clans are getting bigger then ever. Black Dragon is getting back to its formor glory, the Red Dragon is pissed at the Black dragon more then ever, and the Lin Kuei has a possible rivalry with Sekctors clan of Cybor ninjas!
Speaking of which, Secktor: He was hanging around Edenia, maybe he was trying to get recuits after getting fixed?
I could go on, but i have to go.

well, it would make good sence from your information to make a Trilogy 2, that would be awesome, but were's rain in all of this, did he die off in 3 or something, cause i really want to see him in another MK title...

ok, but seriously, think about it. Why put work into making sure that every MK character could be found in a spacific realm in konquest?

thats just o name a few. why go through the trouble placing characters in certan areas without making it have a purpose?

I didn't know Sheeva was in Outworld. I only saw her in Netherrealm laying dead in one of the rooms

thats cuz kano ,made allies w/ her but u no kano adonkey 2 put it mildly, decieved her 2 make oplans 2 kill kahn but he had her killed cuz kano squeeled on her n sheeva died at tha hands of kahn n her body was sent 2 netherealm mkkayy jin out n i half agree w/ the original comment it cood b like mkt w/ the characters but i say itll be an actual game that has a story like 1 2 3 4 da and d mkkkayjin now out

Sheeva is Shokan, as is Goro, and Kintaro. Shokans are half dragon/man, and they only reside in Outwold (unless during invasion).

I had no idea that Sheeva was even in the game. I don't have it any more so I can't know for myself but I beat the game like three times beforehand and never saw her.
