If you mean that there were no events from MKD in Earthrealm, then that is wrong. In fact, it all starts in Earthrealm.

Oh yes sorry for the confusion, so here i go again, all the deception important events(fightings and such) happened in Outworld and Netherealm, some in Khaos Realm but i've never seen something in Earthrealm, except the Konquest but that was before the first Mortal Kombat.

The konquest was before, during, and after the Tournament. Since the events of Deception evolve around Shujinko, that means that there were events that took place in all realms. When Shujinko met Damashi, he was in Earthrealm. He was trained by Bo Rai Cho in Earthrealm. He met Nightwolf and Kenshi in Earthrealm, and so forth.
