Nope, Sculpture came around after Midway established. (If I'm wrong then I'm wrong about the dates, but I know that isn't the correct answer. )

This doesn't make any sense. Midway has only been owned by Bally, WMS, and itself. Midway was never "owned" by anyone else.
Midway began as "Midway", so I don't understand how you could say they haven't always been.

Then let me Rephrase. Since the Midway you speak of isn't the Midway after the restructuring when it acquired certain brands. Midway of the 70s isn't the same midway of the 90s. There were acquisitions when it came into market as a video game company. I'm looking for the owner that went bankrupt.

The only company that I can think of that was involved in that whole mess of Midway/WMS/Atari was JT Storage, who owned Atari and folded to Hasbro.
So all I can guess is that this company made WMS sell TWI to Infrogrames, and at the same time they sold Midway and it became the independent company Midway Games.
