Yeah, I hate the fact we can't post in the fan-art section.
Umm, the rain ani ruined it. work on the background a little bit better. The text owns. But thats pretty much it. Cool beans.

Definitely motion, great work! I like the text and the 'characters' beside it highly enthusize the image Rain gives.

I will have to agree on RoS on this one, the raining animation just ruined it. If it weren't there then it would be a nice. But regardless of the raining animation, nice Rain sig.
