Shao is there, can't you see him? Anyway, I can't give a very good opinion 'cause i've never played U/MK3/T alone, i've only played in versus, but i saw him, he was cool, extremely cool and very, very hard but who cares? I liked him 'cause he was unusual and cool, so he should come back
