i would make a place with about 10 deathtraps that are brutal and i'd make the design cool.

If you really wanted to cheese ppl, you could make an arena with death traps everywhere. Create a character who has pretty much death trap moves. Then u will win majority of the time.

naaa u have a death trap somewhere where you cant see it at all, so your the only one who knows its there,,, and btw there is no way they can put that in the game for this generation of consoles, they are already having 60+ charicters and each one with individual fighting styles, and every arena we have ever fought at, and create a charicter... theres simply not enough memory for a create an arena but maybe 8?

I dunno too much about the ps3, like is it going to equal the xbox360 and if so will it have more things to do for the new Mortal Kombat.
These questions boggle me.

Heres a trap I made for the Deadpool. On two sides of the arena you cant knock your enemy directly into the acid below. Instead, you need to pop them up into the air. They land on a meathook, wiggle in pain, scream, then the hook drops into the acid. =D
I like it.....

Okay here's a funny deathtrap scene. Okay here I go, this takes place in the netherrealm arena, yeah the one with those bone pillars, once the opponent is near at the edge of the you can either hit or kick him of the arena and the opponent will land in the lava pit, but seeing that he/she is still alive he screams in pain and tries his effort in swimming off the lava and then the opponent jumps at the bone pillar and this is were the fun starts  the skeletons that are stuck in the bone pillar come to life as they grab the opponent and then starts shredding him/her and we here the scream of the opponent. lol
