I know it'; have it's own unique soundtrack but what songs would sound good in the background, ie fighting, menus etc...
I think (and these are without vocals because it's sound out of place):

I would be nice if they put in an option, like in Unreal Tournament 2004, where you can load your own music. However, the cost of getting liscencing for those songs, plus the fact that not everyone is a metal fan, will be too much of a hassle.

Your right!
But who owns the right to the song I THINK used on a Mortal Kombat film, the one which he says
"Fight!", and goes onto something like:
"Smoke.... Sheeva... Montaro, Muhahahaha!"..
I have this on the Anihalation CD but I also have another version I THINK by KMFDM, that's what it says anyway. That one ROCKS!!!
I love it any the music would be perfect for a battle!!!

It would be good to be able to upload your own music.
On the other hand tho, today music is ez to get so just play music from something other than the xbox.
You don't really need music on your xbox.

The whole point is to play the music with the sound effects. If you just turn on your stereo, you can't hear what's going on in the game.

I said nothing even remotely close to that. I said to him, that if he wants custom music. Then he can just listen to music from some other device when playin. Also, the sound effects get repititive and not all game players like to hear sound effects. That's why you see ppl with combo videos and they have music playing. Music adds more to the effect, then lame sound effects. It boosts momentum and ego. Like for wrestlers or ufc fighters. geez...............................................................................duh

Re-read my post carefully. I never mentioned you saying anything about having the music integrated, since I'm the one who posted the idea that it is good to have the music and sound effects balanced.
