I have played MKDA and what the hell is wrong with bloacking? How on Earth can you block a sword with your hands!?!!??!?!?!
And how can you not get hurt whilst someone flying kicks you?
That's what bad about the game, I never block myself, I just get stuck in and beat the hell out of them.
I hope they remove it from Armageddon but it's doubtful.
Anyone else feel the same way?

are you nuts? take out blocking from a fighting game?! blocking is just as, if not more important than each punch or kick you perform. it can mean the difference between a victory and a loss. I really hope this topic is just a joke or some kind of desperate way to get koins or something, because that's ridiculous.

I think they should keep blocking in the game, but make the damage you get from blocking weapons and special moves much greater then normal block damage.

True, it is humanly impossible to block a weapon with bare hands and arms and still use them. But you have to remember, blocking is a necesisity that puts a stop to cheap shots and makes the game more fair.

Blocking should and will stay in the games. Taking away blocking is like taking away the technique in fighting.

they've already done that with weapons. next time you play, pay attention to the damage taken while blocking a weapon. it'll be greater than when you block a normal punch or kick.

I'd like to see the blocking techniques expanded. For example, in the Fight Night boxing games, you can either block normally, or you can use a more offensive type of block when the opponent punches in which you knock his arm away and open him up for a counter punch.

Dude in every Mortal Kombat you take damage when you block so thats not a very accurate post homie.
And actually me and my homies talk about this quite a lot about how they can do that but then again it would cheap to have to roll through all your styles and have your weapon style out to blcok so thats why.

blocking is in majority of games, most fighting games give damage, when blocking specials or weapons. This is old news.
