Heres something I just cant understand, Mileena is an exact clone of Kitana, except for the fact that she has a tarkatan mouth. So why is it that everyone thinks she is so sexy? Ok true, she does act more provacative than Kitana does. But can anybody tell me what is it that makes Mileena so sexy?

Mileena is sexy because she gives off of a sexy aura. It's all in the attitude, buddy.
She is the only female character who intentionally fluants her body and likes attracting her opponent.
Also, pink is a very feminine color and subconsciously makes guys think that she is hot. It's a fact. No kidding. Pink is also a shade of red, which is a very angry, emotional color.
Kitana, however, is quite different. She wears some revealing outfits but not as extreme as her clone. She sports blue outfits which is a calming color which is why Kitana doesn't receive as many love interests as Jade or other females.
Kitana's character is very proper and elegant, Whereas Mileena is tough and vicious. Another sexy trait for Mileena.
Now the teeth.... This may or may not contribute to her appeal as it is ALWAYS covered up outside of fatalities. Many gamers simply don't see her teeth and subconsciously "forgets" that Mileena has a Tarkatan mouth. So... Mileena appears as a average female (which a deadly little secret ^_^).
Well I hope that this explains everything.

Well I'm a girl so I wouldn't know why she's hot.. but Mileena is evil, and Kitana isn't. Some guys just get turned on by that, I suppose.

Rare? budy, this ain't no 1995, it's 2006.
I've always seemed to have attracted the female gamer.
As a matter of fact, a new study shows that women between the ages of 18 and 36 play video games frequently. It's still a sausage market in cyberspace, but at least the statistics of finding a girl game are greater. lol
Used to be rare. Keep that in mind the next time a gal kicks your ass in a game. First girlfriend I had played mario kart 64 with me. I was going easy on her *girl gamer after all* and she kicked my ASS! Another one could whoop my ass no matter how well I tried in Midway's Slugfest, and did a hell of a job in Blitz.

As for games being provacative/sexy, is it any less different than enjoying the script or violence? All three are fabrications projected into your mind.

I find Mileena attractive because of her confidence. she carries herself with this arrogant attitude, knowing that she's more attractive and more deadly than the majority of everyone else out there.

I have played 40,000 games + on Mortal Kombat online I am top of the leaderboard, my study isn't in no book. I played like 7 girls. That's my real survey. The girl ratio has increased, but I can't see by much. I have only got beaten twice by a girl. In puzzle kombat. Majority of the girls I have played are like youngings in halo 2. In my area, girls don't really play games. I don't live in the states, where you have a higher population per km. I have dated two girls, outta 40 who played games. They liked the Final Fantasies. And if I was to say, I liked a video game character at the gym, they would look on at me as pathetic. As I would for thinking so. I am pretty sure, that study collected lies bc some girls play bc guys do all the time. It's the only way they can get attention from them, is to join them.
The real question is how many girls played on their own choice, not bc males are doing it?
I'll find out for myself and you go on reading books.

I want to preface this by saying this is one of the most ignorant and sexist things I've had the misfortune of reading in a long time... and I assure you, I've read some pretty bad things in my lifetime.
while it's true that the majority of gamers are guys, the number of girls playing is growing consistently. I didn't start playing games because my stupid little boyfriend did. I didn't have some underlying agenda when I started kicking butts in Street Fighter. I started playing games because I enjoyed it. I don't know why people feel the need to put such labels on people like "gamer = guy". that's just ignorant.
it's things like this that keep us in these stereotypical gender roles in life. you're holding the progression of the human race back by holding such an opinion. it would behove you to re-evaluate what you're thinking and then come back later with a better statement if you don't want to have a lot of angry people on your back, such as myself.
(sorry if this post sounds snarky, but holy crap, stuff like this is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves)
