I stand by these two statements:
(1) If the author of this topic really was "Reptiles Man", they would accept that Reptile is Reptile, regardless of his attire. Accept the fact that he is a lizard now, I've been a Reptile fan since he first appeared in MK1 and im not dissapointed in his new look at all. I've accepted that he is still Reptile, if you are a TRUE Reptile fan you will stop complaining that hes not a ninja anymore and accept what he is.
(2) Midway are obviously happy with their new aproach, as it makes for a more interesting storyline. The closest you will get to having Reptile as a ninja will be his Shaolin Monks look, if they havent changed the way he looks for Armageddon then that obviously means that they like the way he is

naw reptile should have his mksm costume only a lil updated in his 1st costume
and his original lin kuei styled costume only updated as the other ninjas are. j.a.t.

Yes, reptiles are usually ugly.  And so is he. He only had a mask in previous games and now we can see his face anytime we want. He looks great in MK:DA. (Although his second costume is boring)

i actually liked reptile in his reptile form there were to many ninjas that looked realy simmiler and i dont care how he looks i just like his gameplay and storyline but i wouldnt mind lizzard form or ninja.

As a true Reptile fan, I'm not dissapointed of his new look and I have to say this again to some people, the de-evolution was the thing that he needed to be the first MK ninja with his own outfit, he was the first one that wasn't just another palette swap.

you all know that in one of reptiles fatalities in MK2 his head turned into lizard form to eat their heads so he always was a little secritive about his reptile form just get over it. he looks good as a reptile anyway.

yeah thats korrect he pulls of the human mask to reveail his lizzard face in that fatality and in his ending in the game you can see his lizzard face much klearer. but it would be kool to see him in a "man suit" again for old times sake like in sindels ending. I DONT CARE REALLY THO I JUAT CANT WAIT TO FINISH THE GAME WITH ALL OF THEM. this waiting kills me.

On a side note, with Kreate-A-Kombatant you can make your own human-ninja Reptile character, plus give him whatever moves/fatalities you want.
I personally liked Reptile's MKT/MK:SM look but it won't be a big deal if he looks like a normal lizard in MK -AR, so long as the game play isn't as slow and sloppy as MKDA was (which it doesn't look like it will due to arial combat and faster-paced action, etc.)
And who knows, maybe they'll even include a feature to change around the costumes of the 60+ standard characters too. I doubt it, but it would be a nice feature.

ill have to admit being a Reptile fan i didnt realy like his MK4 look but i still used him then i started using his alternate costume that looks just Scorpions.

I personally find his reptile lizard look in da to be wicked i never got deadly alliance but i'm defitnely getting armeggedon just deception i have right now is awesome. Don;t really care what alternate they give him for u to unlock reptile looks cool any way he looks except for mk 4 he did look stupid like people mentioned.

it looks like reptile and everyone else on MKA will have there main costumes from MKDA and MKD except new 3Drs such as Shinook.

ya no guys ya never, not till it comes out. but dammmmm itttt!i hate the fact that he may never be in his ninja suit again, i wanna c him be a ninja costume like how true reptiles picture has(even though it is actually noob)or sumthin like that. with a reptilian costume like the one in mksm. a lil playback from like mk4. but i m just throwin out ideas
