I think Blaze looks nothing like he did in MK2!!!
Just look at this...

His top part of his body is all flame, and in MKDA and the recent picture of MKArmageddon, he looks just like a human but with fire around him, not like a big flame...

It's the same concept. Considering the hardware capabilities of the systems at that time, do you really think they would bother trying to make Blaze that detailed when at the time he was insignificant?

About Blaze..in my latest Game Informer it had a big article about MortalKombat:Armageddon and a huge picture of every single Mortal Kombat character on it. Blaze looked completely different. Almost non-human looking in fact. His body is huge and he has big long arms that I think only had three fingers, probably the only thing familier is that his body is covered in flames. What the heck?

It could be possible that whatever power he may have come across could have changed him a bit. Same idea as to how Onaga changed Reptile's body.

non-human looking...thats coz he isnt a human. but i have to agree he dose look differentbut as said before the concept is still there.

Well in the mag it listed the names from the top row to the bottom and it said it was Blaze. Interestingly it also said Motaro might not make it as a character.

Don't mean to be rude but we all know Motaro might not make the cut...
Also I think the render of Kintaro looks auful! Why couldn't he look like he did in MK2 and Shaolin Monks?

they have to change things. i dont think we would be happy if everyone had the same costume since mkDA or something like that. plus MKSM took plae during mk2
