You just fight against other players. But you'll find the only people that still play are really heavy competitors. I hope you know what you're doing.

I play online all the time still. You just have to be prepared for some cheaters, but there are lots of decent people still online. I consider myself intermediate - I can crush the newbies (sometimes I go easy or adjust the handicap), and I get destroyed by the really good ones.
Still it's very fun. If you come across a cheater, just quit (some people have found out they can move before a match begins, or use Action Replay Max).
I would say try it, you may be surprised.

They can use a cheat device as well in Online? Thats f***ing bullshit. I thought cheats are not effective when it comes to online gaming?

Sad to say, yea, in ANY online game you play, there are bound to be cheaters, hence, why i never play online with MK and wwe games.

Really, you guys are missing a great time. Just learn how to spot cheaters, and stay away from them. There are lots of good fighters online still.
I don't know why I'm trying to convince you but it's not all bad.

Well, some cheaters are bad, adn some good. Like take the new WWE game, they have a stamina bar you have to heal eveyr now and then, but some people will use cheats, just to get rid of that bar. Thats not a BAD thing, so I don't mind it. But then there are some who turn around and make it so they can put your body in red with one move, whcih sucks.
Same thing with MKD online. Some people will use cheats, so they can play as jax or onaga or soemthing, which isnt bad. But then there are some who use speed accelurating and one hit death cheats that are horrible. And even if you can catch the cheaters, its not always a garrantee that you will, so you will get your ass handed to you in an unfair way, and be uber pissed.
So the leason is kiddies, dont do drugs, I mean don't use cheats, they are unfair, and can kill the fun for everyeone else.

I like the people that do the 'always fatality' cheat...if I die...I like to see the other character's kick-ass fatality at least...
...hehe...you said uber...
...Ziler...I love your sig...I just noticed right before I posted where it said 'nevermore' and I went back and checked it out...EAP's a god among men...great choice...

I hope one day they can program the DNAS system to be smart enough to catch the cheaters/hackers who use the CodeBreakers and cheat devices, like they can detect people who use modded PS2s.
