I don't see any point in this thread seing that anyone can view any MK fatality as gruesome.

imma hafta agree with the majority and say MKII because everyone was in awe of how bad MKI was and that being one of the first grusome games put into production, and then MKII just goes beyond grusome and the general pop was in shock, i read in some news paper way back when

My vote goes to Trilogy cause it had the biggest roaster thus it has the biggest variety of fatalites. As far as 3D games goes, I think Shaolin Monks would get the vote becuase it had a lot of creative fatality concepts.

i'd have to say mk2, because if shows spines and sinew and blobs of blood even tho MK3 /UMK3/Trilogy is better with body explosions. another thing: MK$'s violence factor was pretty poor i'd have to say. a body would explode and the torso, head and limbs would just seperate while there would be like 2 drops of blood

I prefer MkT, but got kinda annoyed at the lazy-ass bone explosion. One any given fatality you can count three skulls, 6 legs and about 12 rib cages. It's just silly.
