Well I'm not so sure but I think most people have noticed that in GameCube, Shao Kahn is playable, so he is alive but in Havik's ending it says that he revived Shao Kahn, how can this be possible? If Havik revived Shao Kahn how can we use him in GameCube alive? how can the MK Team make a so silly mistake? Can someone explain me before I write more questions?

Its not a mistake, keep in mind that not all endings are true. Also, Goro and Kahn are in the GC eddition to make up for the fact that GC has no online play, but as a side note, Goro and Kahn will also be in the PSP version of Deception, enough said.

Do you really think that the MK team would actually redo Haviks ending for the GC version?

Hey guys, I got an answer for my own question, and explain why is Reiko using Kahn's armor in MK:Ar.
I think that the DA didn't kill Kahn, they killed Reiko using Kahn's armor and helmet as we saw him wearing Kahn's helmet in his ending in MK4, then, the real Kahn was fighting in the Deception tournament and then Havik thought that he revived Shao Kahn but he only revived Reiko.

But in order for Havik to mistakingly ressurect Reiko, Havik would have had to kill Onaga to obtain the heart. (Onaga's heart is the source of ressurection power)
