I remember reading Boon wanted to make the bosses not as cheap as they were in MKT where they had limited moves and were hard to kill on vs. mode, and that they'd be like any other character. So I'd assume you can fatality them.

ya i agree they wouldnt just make a ton of bosses that are playable and
you cant do fatalitys on them.would they Confused

Thanks for the update, Jay, I had no idea they were going to do something like that, but had to rule it out based on violence. Besides the fatality Goro would have had, no boss has ever done a fatality besides in MKSM, but if you count Quan Chi or Shang Tsung, depending on who you fought, you could logically say that bosses were able to do fatalities on characters and characters were able to perform fatalities on bosses before MKSM.

I used to get mad if I had to fight one of the bosses a few times and I couldn't do a fatality on them! lol, I hope they allow it in this one. I always wanted to kill Moloch in MKDA. He pissed me off, lol.

Shao Khan and Motaro did fatalities in MKT. Khan would hammer you into the ground with his...hammer , Motaro just rippied off the opponents head and held it up. ( Only on MKT for N64 )

Anyway, I dont see why they wouldnt have fatalities or have fatalities being performed on them...It might just be one specific fatality to end them off though. ( I hope not though ).

Hello fellow mkfans! this is my first post here!



I do believe they will have fatalities on ex-bosses, at least in the vs. mode. I'm not sure about the one player arcade mode, maybe the last guy you fight will be one of the bosses who will die automatically when defeated like the past mk games. the rest, I'm sure we'll be able to kill in a satisfying gory way.
They said that every character is being given equal treatment this time around, which imo, means even the big creatures will have a balanced move set, fatalitites, endings, etc. It'll be a real treat to have the big characters give and recieve fatalities and death traps. I can't wait to hear them scream! I don't believe i've ever heard any of the bosses really give out a death shreik other than '' no, noooooo!''
i see no reason to have it any other way, since the game is all polygons now and not digitized actors. They can rip apart the bosses just as easily as anyone else. and send them into death traps just as easily too. Being big doesn't mean they should be immune to fatalities and death traps.

I REALLY look forward to sending Motaro flying off a building, or spiked pit. I bet it would look hilarious seeing this big horse thing flying off the tower and .... splat! Well, actually i look forward to doing that with all the former bosses, since I've never been able to do that before.
They should bring back the mk2 pit2!

Moloch wasn´t hard. Try fighting Kintaro in MK2 instead. He´s much more difficult to defeat than Moloch.
