I'm wondering if anyone here has actually bought the god-awful strategy guide for this game. Cuz I didn't. I just looked at it in a store and thought it sucked. Did anyone here buy it anyway, just so they can have one of the worst strategy guides ever?

Heck, I don't even need a strategy guide to beat MKD, I just fight and fight that's how I learn how to master a kombatant like Noob-Smoke, or Jade. I learn from my past loses and the fight styles the COM uses against me.

I bought the strategy guide mainly because of the poster that was with it. I didn't need the guide, but when I wanted to draw some of the characters, it came in handy to get the details right, except with Scorpion because his pic seemed kind of blurry for some reason. Though I didn't need it, when I actually began looking through it, I realized it was disappointing. They could have revealed all of the fatalities and gave a full, better described section for Konquest covering everything rather than just a few main points. I've bought other strategy guides that Brady Games made (such as Final Fantasy ones) and they were well done. So to see what they did for Deception was disappointing. I still use the guide when I want to draw somebody.
