Scorpion53, you really need to chill. I mean, you're messing with pros here. I read this entire thread just now and it is almost laughable how you cannot admit your faults. You are accusing -SubZero- of giving false information when he has given links and references to back him up. You have yet to do so. You even began the path to apologize, but you still didn't give it up and the only thing you had to save you is a paper??? You really need to get yourself back in check and learn how to lose arguments or else you won't be here much longer. _________________ Very Angry Girls Instigate Negative Attitudes.

I'm intrigued by the paper. Is it blank or lined? Is it headed? Was it a school project or were you just bored? (I'm not knocking people that write stuff when they get bored, Cod knows I'm the king of it.)

lol, I was thinking of making a similar post. I'm hoping that Whyte_Lotus just doesn't want to say the word God for religious reasons.

The source I had is expired and does not appear on the internet anymore, but what I had in that paper did tell what I said about the Shyrai-Ryu, who the leader was, and that Scorpion did in fact lose all memory of his family. Also, it does mention that Quan Chi was the murderer. _________________ Highest Kreate-A-Fatality: 11 (Ultimate Fatality)

But it IS just a paper. That is not valid. If you want to prove something, actually find a current online source and use it right away. Don't use a dead paper. _________________ Very Angry Girls Instigate Negative Attitudes.

Or better yet, play the games, and take a picture of the part where it SAYS that he loses his memories. _________________

Scorpion53, you need to give up. You're hurting your reputation on this board. I'm not sure how experienced you are in message boards, but your reputation is important.

MK: D was OK. I would have liked to fight more opponents in the Arcade Mode. They should really consider bringing back the "Choose Your Destiny" thing for Armageddon. _________________ "Only a fool trusts his life to a weapon."

Fine, then, you know, I must say that I apologize for this whole thing and I did not know what I was thinking when I started this debate. I lost my cool and that is all that needs to be said about it. _________________ Highest Kreate-A-Fatality: 11 (Ultimate Fatality)

Overall I was pleased with MKD. It has a lot of new stuff to offer:
-WAY better Konquest mode (which by itself was a game almost worth buying strictly because of the massive information obtained about the history of MK and each character).
-A large roster of characters, new and old ( though it would have been nice to have included Rain instead of someone like Kobra).
-Stage fatalities and obsticles (though sometimes it sucked when you'd be having a near flawless victory then your opponent kills you in one hit).
-Overall good fighting game (minigames were descent too but I was please with the standard fighting game mostly).
Now, some of my complaints would be:
a.) Noob-Smoke sucked. They should be 2 seperate characters, not one.
b.) Lacking Rain and other old school favourites.
c.) Most of the Krype items were MKTeam photos, which sucked ass.
d.) Alternative costumes were trash.
Having said that, I guess I was just hoping for so much and stuff like Noob-Smoke half-assed 2 good characters by making them have to fight as a tag team. If they'd have made tag-team optional it would have solved the problem, but we can't have it all. As for the old school favourites, that's not a big deal considering they want to have some old and some new, and they did bring people like Ermac and Kabal back so that was good. The Krypt had some good stuff to it. The alternate costumes, there's no excuse.
Overall, Mortal Kombat Deception gets an 8/10 from me, and I'm satisfied with it. It was, in my opinion, the best game since MKT (very close to being tied with MK Gold). _________________

I disagree. The konquest mode in Deadly Alliance offerred WAY MORE information about the fighters. _________________ Very Angry Girls Instigate Negative Attitudes.

I really liked the fact that in DA, you got so much backstory on the character you were fighting as, but I got bored with it so easily. I'd finish one person's moves and be like, "uh... okay... so we're done here."
Konquest mode in Deception filled in the gaps between fighting, and that made things a lot more enjoyable for me. _________________ Nikki: your friendly neighborhood moderator. ^_^
